Tony Miftari is enthusiastic about training and living a healthy lifestyle. His passion extends from his own
personal lifestyle habits to that of sharing with others looking to live better lives and eat healthier.
With over 19 years of strength training experience he has come to specialize in areas of sport specific training in combat sports like Muay Thai, boxing and mixed martial arts, the four major sports of football, basketball, baseball and hockey, bodybuilding, calisthenics, body weight training, and plyometrics. He has seven years of experience in training in the art of Muay Thai and has been a strength and conditioning coach for the Maisonets Brothers Muay Thai since 2007.
Tony is currently finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Brooklyn College to better help those who want to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle.
