Kickboxing

When Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Tomoi and other IndoChinese fight sequences are fused together Kickboxing is born. This rough fusion of east and west forms a muscle-sculpting exercises regime that works your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt in one workout. As a fight sport it refers to the sport of using martial-arts-style kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Kickboxing is practiced in a boxing ring as a full-contact sport. Sometimes, as a more light version of the sport it’s practiced on tatami, a traditional Japanese style mat.
