Our bootcamps are designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind and body and most importantly make fitness fun. A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
